Cancellation Policy

Your session is officially reserved once your booking is confirmed and any required payment has been received. Session dates are not held without payment. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Session retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time. Rescheduling: Life happens! If you or someone in your family becomes sick or something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to work with you to find another available date. Your payment will be transferred to the new date when applicable. Weather: For outdoor sessions, I’ll monitor the forecast and work with you to reschedule if weather conditions make the session unsafe or significantly affect the experience. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as I may have other clients scheduled afterward. No-Shows: Sessions missed without notice may forfeit the session payment and require a new payment to book another session.
